    • What kind of delivery time should I expect?

      All items are shipped immediately, if available from stock. Delivery is only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

      The following delivery options are available:

      • PostPac Priority (free of charge): For orders placed before 2 p.m. usually next day delivery (except for orders placed Friday after 2 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays).
      • Swiss-Express "Moon" (CHF 25.00): For orders placed before 2 p.m., guaranteed delivery by 9 a.m. the following day (Monday to Saturday).
    • What are the payment options?

      We offer the following payment options:

      • Credit/Debit Card

      • Invoice on prepayment
    • Can I pre-order or reserve a product that is not available?

      If an item is not available at short notice, you can register for the stock alert. Click on the small bell symbol at the top of the product overview, to the right of the product image. As soon as the product is available again, we will inform you by e-mail. 

    • How can I return an item?

      You can return your item by mail with the return slip. You will receive the return slip after the order, together with the proof of purchase, by e-mail. Please note that the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

    • How can I exchange an item?

      You can return your item to us by mail with the return slip. Please note the item number of the desired replacement product on the return bill. As soon as we have received the purchased product back from you, we will send you the desired replacement product. The difference will be credited or invoiced to you accordingly.

    • How long do I have warranty on the product?

      If you purchased your product in the official Micro Online Shop or in the Micro Flagship Store at Poststrasse 37 in Küsnacht, we will extend your warranty by 1 year free of charge. The warranty period is now 36 months instead of 24 months, starting from the date of purchase.

      Excluded from this warranty extension are all Electric products.
