Constructed from recycled ocean plastics, including discarded fishing gear and other maritime industry waste, this scooter underscores our commitment to environmental responsibility. Each year, approximately 640,000 tonnes of fishing nets and other equipment are abandoned in the oceans, significantly contributing to marine pollution. We repurpose these materials into the durable components of the Mini Micro Deluxe ECO, such as the footplate and brake.

In addition to its sustainable construction, this scooter features LED wheels that enhance visibility in low-light conditions, blending safety with an attractive design. The height-adjustable handlebar accommodates growing children, ensuring comfort across different growth stages. With a simple one-click folding mechanism, the scooter becomes compact, easy to transport, and convenient to store.

We are aware of our responsibility and want to pave the way for innovative product development with environmentally responsible initiatives.

Our sustainable Micro Kids scooters are made from recycled plastic. For this purpose, used and discarded fishing nets, ropes, crates and other plastic waste that would otherwise have ended up in the sea are converted into high-quality plastic raw material, so-called “green plastic”, through mechanical recycling. This in turn is used for the deck and brakes of the Micro ECO scooters.

The use of “green plastic” not only means a reduction in landfill, marine pollution and the loss of valuable resources, but also a reduction in the ecological footprint.

In 2020, we launched our sustainable children's scooter line, which uses recycled ocean plastic. In collaboration with 1% for the Planet, we donate one percent of the sales of our ECO product line to non-profit organizations dedicated to environmental protection.

- What kind of delivery time should I expect?
  All items are shipped immediately, if available from stock. Delivery is only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
  
  The following delivery options are available:
  - PostPac Priority (free of charge): For orders placed before 2 p.m. usually next day delivery (except for orders placed Friday after 2 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays).
  - Swiss-Express "Moon" (CHF 25.00): For orders placed before 2 p.m., guaranteed delivery by 9 a.m. the following day (Monday to Saturday).
- What are the payment options?
  We offer the following payment options:

- Can I pre-order or reserve a product that is not available?
  
  If an item is not available at short notice, you can register for the stock alert. Click on the small bell symbol at the top of the product overview, to the right of the product image. As soon as the product is available again, we will inform you by e-mail.
- How can I return an item?
  
  You can return your item by mail with the return slip. You will receive the return slip after the order, together with the proof of purchase, by e-mail. Please note that the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
- How can I exchange an item?
  
  You can return your item to us by mail with the return slip. Please note the item number of the desired replacement product on the return bill. As soon as we have received the purchased product back from you, we will send you the desired replacement product. The difference will be credited or invoiced to you accordingly.
- How long do I have warranty on the product?
  
  If you purchased your product in the official Micro Online Shop or in the Micro Flagship Store at Poststrasse 37 in Küsnacht, we will extend your warranty by 1 year free of charge. The warranty period is now 36 months instead of 24 months, starting from the date of purchase.
  
  Excluded from this warranty extension are all Electric products.
