- What kind of delivery time should I expect?
  
  The delivery for your personalized scooter takes a little more time. It can take up to two weeks for the scooter to arrive. Delivery is only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
  
  If other items are ordered in addition to the personalized scooter, it may be that you receive your order in partial deliveries.
- What are the payment options?
  We offer the following payment options:
  - Credit/Debit Card
  - TWINT
  - Invoice on prepayment
- Can I pre-order or reserve a product that is not available?
  
  If an item is not available at short notice, you can register for the stock alert. Click on the small bell symbol at the top of the product overview, to the right of the product image. As soon as the product is available again, we will inform you by e-mail.
- How can I return an item?
  
  There is no return policy for your personalized Micro Sprite LED. We therefore ask you to check your entered text carefully before completing the order. Changes are not possible after that.
- How can I exchange an item?
  
  There is no return policy for your personalized Micro Sprite LED. We therefore ask you to check your entered text carefully before completing the order. Changes are not possible after that.
- How long do I have warranty on the product?
  
  If you purchased your product in the official Micro Online Shop or in the Micro Flagship Store at Pelikanstrasse 38 in Zurich, we will extend your warranty by 1 year free of charge. The warranty period is now 36 months instead of 24 months, starting from the date of purchase.
  
  Excluded from this warranty extension are all Electric products.
