Description

Around 10 per cent of plastic waste in the oceans comes from fishing. Every year, an estimated 640,000 tonnes of nets and other equipment are left behind in the oceans. Our sustainable Micro Kids scooters are made from some of this waste, which is collected in landfill sites and then recycled. The footboard of the Maxi Micro Deluxe ECO is made from recycled fishing nets, ropes and other plastic waste from the maritime industry. The product also has the same features as the popular Maxi Micro Deluxe: the patented weight-shift steering system promotes balance and motor skills, the handlebar can be optimally adjusted to the size of the child and the non-slip silicone footboard ensures grip and safety on the scooter.

- What kind of delivery time should I expect?
  All items are shipped immediately, if available from stock. Delivery is only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
  
  The following delivery options are available:
  - PostPac Priority (free of charge): For orders placed before 2 p.m. usually next day delivery (except for orders placed Friday after 2 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays).
  - Swiss-Express "Moon" (CHF 25.00): For orders placed before 2 p.m., guaranteed delivery by 9 a.m. the following day (Monday to Saturday).
- What are the payment options?
  We offer the following payment options:

- Can I pre-order or reserve a product that is not available?
  
  If an item is not available at short notice, you can register for the stock alert. Click on the small bell symbol at the top of the product overview, to the right of the product image. As soon as the product is available again, we will inform you by e-mail.
- How can I return an item?
  
  You can return your item by mail with the return slip. You will receive the return slip after the order, together with the proof of purchase, by e-mail. Please note that the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
- How can I exchange an item?
  
  You can return your item to us by mail with the return slip. Please note the item number of the desired replacement product on the return bill. As soon as we have received the purchased product back from you, we will send you the desired replacement product. The difference will be credited or invoiced to you accordingly.
- How long do I have warranty on the product?
  
  If you purchased your product in the official Micro Online Shop or in the Micro Flagship Store at Poststrasse 37 in Küsnacht, we will extend your warranty by 1 year free of charge. The warranty period is now 36 months instead of 24 months, starting from the date of purchase.
  
  Excluded from this warranty extension are all Electric products.
